In the same year, he established a manual production unit of gypsum with a capacity of 20 Tons\/day.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The high cost and low efficiency of manual production, increasing demand and, most importantly, the founder\u2019s interest in production &#8211; despite liquidity problems &#8211; led him to establish and exploit the fully automated 200-Ton production unit of gypsum in Lamerd, Fars, Iran (his hometown), located in Mining Center in the South Zagros Mountain Range as the richest gypsum source in Iran.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Currently, the capacity of this unit is 1000 tons of gypsum in different types per day. In 2011, he explored a rich mine at 85km from the Shahid Rajaee Port in order to develop the unit in the industry to supply gypsum for the cement factories in the Middle East and Southeast Asia and established crushing unit. All products of this company have national and international standards as well as ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management. now, about 300 people are working in the company\u2019s projects.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The secret of our success has been: empathy, perseverance, effort, the passion for development and excellence and following the Founder\u2019s motto: \u201cWe Can Do
