Calcium sulfate dehydrate (CaSo4 2H2o) is one of valuable minerals in universe. common trade name of this product in every country named with different names such as natural gypsum rock, natural gypsum lump, gyps, raw gypsum, mined gypsum, calcium sulfate and all are similar meaning. this mineral is useful as a raw material for lot of industries.
Natural gypsum is using in pharmaceutical industry for producing medicine, food industry as a additive, wall board and gypsum dry wall board industry, for producing beta gypsum (gypsum plaster), as a raw material in cement industry (4 percent of cement approximately is gypsum rock which is adding at the grinding department of cement production), raw material to produce Alpha gypsum and so many other industry.
In Jonoub gypsum crushing unit mine we are producing natural gypsum rock in different particle size. Most common particle size is 0-50 mm which is required for cement industry and cement factories. 50-250mm it’s commonly using in gypsum board industries, 100-500mm.
since 2013 that we commissioned, launched our crushing unit facility in the closest (95km) distance to the strategic port of Iran (Shahid Rajayee port or Bandar Abbas port) we have are supplying natural gypsum rock to cement factories, companies in Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, India, Srilanka, Bangladesh & in south Asian countries to Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia, china and with grace of almighty Allah day by day we are exploring, expanding new countries and increasing production capacity as per the market demand.
Our monthly production capacity is 50,000 ton and always we have available at least 100,000 ton material stock in the port. From beginning we facilitated all of entire logistic equipment’s, routes with the purpose of performing our commitments. We don’t have no contractor in mine and all of the mine equipment’s like shovel loaders, drilling system, bulldozer, excavators in mine is owned by company.
Many of the mine owner in Iran challenging with land transportation variable cost and even availability and transportation companies strike but we are owning new generation Volvo trucks and we are independent in land transportation which cause smooth operation procedures. Even in load port we hired 3 hectare open yard land from port maritime authority and we have our own stevedoring facility, team which helped us to perform high load rate of the vessels and saving a lot in vessel hire for our clients and our clients are delight due to all the amazing services that we are providing.
Most of the clients interesting to purchase from us because we are capable to supply natural gypsum rock on FOB as we as CFR terms. Once we are offering CFR packages to our clients then our valued clients they don’t need to waste a lot of time, risk, energy on shipping part foe vessel or Barj nomination and they knows very well professional chartering experts in Jonoub gypsum company they are managing shipping part much better than their expectation. Every month normally we are loading one Supramax or Panamax vessel.
We are planning, discussing with PMO to improve the port facility and enable us to have a higher load rate and reach it from 8000 ton daily to 20k ton daily with new generation of shore cranes, ship loaders and getting the permission of loading the ships by shore, vessels grab.
