Stucco Types with precast instruments

Stucco is an art related to architecture, suitable for decorative arts due to its formability, ease of use and usability.

In general, stucco using precast instruments covers three categories below.

1_ Patterned (texture and surface) designs

A surface (integrated or in fragmented parts. ) is regularly laid beneath a model such as patterns on ceiling, wall, door, or plaster frame worked on the wall. At work, a patterned stucco precast parts are put together as a whole or in parts following a given pattern.

2_ Marginal designs

In this type, design is worked continuously or in splits on the ceiling sides, stairs, etc. following a special pattern.

3_ Single and special designs

This type of stucco is worked alone in special areas such as capitals, frame tops, fireplaces, entrances, etc.

Polystyrene-made precast instruments

Polystyrene, a versatile synthetic polymer derived from the monomer styrene, plays an essential role in modern industries due to its adaptability and variety of applications. This material is available in three primary types: typical polystyrene, durable polystyrene, and expandable polystyrene. Each type offers unique properties and benefits, catering to specific needs in construction, manufacturing, and consumer products.

A) Typical Polystyrene (GPPS)

Typical polystyrene, also known as General-Purpose Polystyrene (GPPS), is one of the most commonly used forms of polystyrene. It is widely recognized for its impressive combination of properties, which include high-grade heat resistance, excellent shock resistance, and adequate fluidity during the manufacturing process. These characteristics make GPPS a reliable material for a broad range of applications.

One of the standout features of typical polystyrene is its insulation capability. This property, coupled with its high mechanical strength, makes it particularly suitable for use in electrical applications. Products such as electrical housings, switchboards, and insulation components frequently incorporate GPPS to leverage its robust thermal resistance and electrical insulating properties.

Additionally, GPPS is valued for its cost-effectiveness and ease of processing. Its lightweight nature and malleability allow manufacturers to create complex shapes and designs efficiently, reducing production costs without compromising quality. These qualities have cemented GPPS as a staple material in industries ranging from construction to consumer goods.

B) Durable Polystyrene

Durable polystyrene is another variant of this polymer, specifically engineered to exhibit exceptional impact resistance. This property significantly broadens its scope of applications, particularly in areas where mechanical durability is paramount.

One of the most prominent uses of durable polystyrene is in the production of household appliances. Items such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and vacuum cleaner components benefit from the strength and reliability provided by this material. The resilience of durable polystyrene ensures that these appliances can withstand everyday wear and tear while maintaining their structural integrity over time.

In addition to its impact resistance, durable polystyrene is also known for its ease of molding and processing, making it a preferred material for complex appliance designs. Its combination of strength, versatility, and manufacturability highlights its vital role in the modern home appliance industry.

C) Expandable Polystyrene (Ionolite)

Expandable polystyrene, often referred to as EPS or by its Iranian trade name Ionolite, is another variation with unique properties. This type of polystyrene is a white polymer that contains a volumizing agent, which allows it to expand significantly during the manufacturing process.

EPS is widely used in the production of lightweight, yet durable, materials such as insulation boards, packaging materials, and construction elements. Its ability to expand and conform to specific shapes makes it ideal for creating customized solutions tailored to particular requirements.

One of the most notable applications of expandable polystyrene is in the building industry, where it is used to produce energy-efficient insulation panels. These panels not only enhance thermal performance but also contribute to noise reduction, making them a popular choice for residential and commercial construction projects. Additionally, EPS is valued for its eco-friendliness, as it is recyclable and helps reduce energy consumption in buildings.

Compressed Polystyrene Foam Sheets

Compressed polystyrene foam sheets represent another innovation in the application of this versatile material. These sheets are manufactured through an injection process that produces a dense, void-less texture, giving them several advantageous properties.

One of the key benefits of compressed polystyrene foam sheets is their affordability. These sheets are available at a lower cost compared to alternative materials, making them an economical choice for various applications. Furthermore, they exhibit excellent insulation strength, which is essential in industries requiring thermal or sound insulation.

Compressed foam sheets are also known for their safety features. Unlike some materials that emit toxic gases during combustion, these sheets do not release harmful substances when exposed to fire. This property makes them a safer option for applications where fire resistance and safety are critical. Additionally, they demonstrate low water absorption, ensuring that they retain their structural integrity even in humid or damp conditions.

The combination of high strength, low weight, and exceptional insulation performance makes compressed polystyrene foam sheets ideal for use in construction, packaging, and even the automotive industry. They are frequently employed to create energy-efficient building materials, protective packaging for delicate goods, and lightweight components in vehicles.
